I'm Lucie Philippon, a French rationalist who worked in various roles in tech and AI policy, and who writes at http://aelerinya.substack.com/

I strive to be a competent generalist, like the Lightcone Infrastructure team.

My core competencies are programming, event planning, and generalist ops.

I open to roles that are:

• As part time as a few hours a month
• As full time as 70h a week (can’t do this for more than 2 months, though)
• Remote, or in person in Paris (willing to relocate)
• One off missions or long term work contracts
  • For one-off missions, my rate has lately been ~$50/h all tax included.

Here’s things I did and skills I learned:

I run events

I can run events solo, or manage teams of 1-3 and teams of volunteers.

I make Airtable/Notion databases, scripts and AI workflows to manage invitations, attendee sourcing, ticketing and sessions.

I usually work with a content lead/someone with the vision and connections, whose responsible for sourcing speakers and/or attendees.

I’ve run events in Paris and in San Francisco.

AI Safety Connect

I took over the organization of this project and successfully produced in 5 weeks a 150 people side event to the AI Action Summit.
